Covering 25 hectares, Quartier Belvedere is a new city district and one of the biggest development areas of europe, quite unique due to its closeness to the centre of Vienna.
Located directly at the future Vienna Central Station, between the Wiedner Gürtel and Arsenalstrasse, the new Quartier Belvedere will arise: a unique office, residential and commercial centre thanks to its size and its location. Located in close proximity to Vienna’s Main Station, Quartier Belvedere is well connected. International and regional trains, as well as local public transportation can be easily accessed at this location.
The airport can be reached quickly via a special express train, or via close access to major roads and highways. Vienna’s City Center, along with its wide range of services and attractions, can be accessed within a matter of 5 minutes.

Vienna central station
The new Central Station provides Vienna with one of the most modern railway stations in Europe – right in the centre of the city.
